A massive thank you to Neale. If it wasn't for him helping me out with a shoulder injury I don't think I would be in the water surfing. Over 3 months ago I woke up with shoulder pain, I battled through each day working and after weeks of trying to ignore it I went to the docs to be told I had damaged my rotator cuff. I contacted Neale for help and after my first session I got so much more movement back in my shoulder. I continued with 1 session a week during December and I got back in the water on boxing day. It felt so good being back in the water 🤙 and it definitely wasn't possible without Neale help and guidance. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me and if you are in any pain just give him a shout.

I can't thank Neale enough for the difference his treatments have made to my quality of life and movement quality. I've had recurring low back pain for years which is made worse by sitting at a desk all day. It had stopped me from running and left me fearful of trying new activities. I had tried so many different types of treatment, which had left me feeling helpless and often in more pain than when I started. Neale really focused on the cause of my pain rather than pounding the painful area. As a result my posture has improved and my frequency of pain bouts has reduced massively. We started with 3 treatments across 3 weeks, and now I have one per month to make sure I am on track.

I pulled my calf whilst walking the dog. I tried a few stretches myself but the pain persisted. Basic things like putting my trainers on, getting dressed & moving around work became frustrating. I'd never had a massage before and didn't know what to expect. I reached out to Neale and did the free consultation. Neale talked me through everything and he was really thorough. I was expecting to feel beaten up as friends had mentioned their experiences. This was not the case. I came away with so much pain relief and had the best nights sleep for ages. I did 4 sessions in total and can not believe I didn't get in touch sooner. 100% recommend seeing Neale if you have any pains.

With two toddlers I am forever carrying bags, and having them hang off me or climb over me. I hadn't realised the toll this was having on my body and how I moved. My neck had been getting stiffer and more limited over a 4 week period. I had been so busy with school holidays that I put off getting help. After my first session I regained so much movement that I had forgotten what I was capable of originally. I now have a treatment every month and as a result I can say I don't suffer from neck pain anymore, and it is no longer a reason for me to stop playing games with the kids or to avoid picking them up.

Thank you. I aim to play golf several times a week and rely on this heavily for business connections and meet-ups. However golfers elbow put me out of action for 6 weeks, I was told to rest it... which I did, but this meant I missed out on crucial business meetings (on the golf course). Add to this the stress kept building as I wasn't doing the sport I loved. I contacted Neale to see if anything could be done for my elbow that would speed up recovery and increase the likelihood of me getting back to golf. Within the first 3 weeks, I was back to playing golf, and I had a series of stretches and exercises that kept the pain at bay. I have a warm-up routine that I use for every golf session and it's allowing me to keep doing the sport I love, and continue progressing my business at the same time. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is in pain and stuck. Thanks again.

My knee pain got so bad that I could barely walk around the supermarket, or walk my dog. It felt like the beginning of the end of my independence. The GP concluded that I was eligible for a knee operation and referred me to physiotherapy and further scans. In the meantime, I reached out to Neale. I wasn't sure if massage therapy would be right for me or would help. Neale completed a more thorough consultation than I could ever have imagined. We worked on the muscles above my knee, my low back, and my hip. Even after the first session, I could feel a difference in my knee. We had 5 sessions across 5 weeks and I can't tell you how much my knee has improved. It's really made me rethink a knee operation. If I can improve and manage my knee in such a short space of time... a knee operation and trauma can wait. On Neale's advice, I changed my walking shoes and worked on my strength and posture. I'm really pleased to now be walking the dog regularly and feel much more confident. I'm so grateful.
